
Jules' founder, John Ordway, has combined a passion for excellent food with a unique style of restaurant where design rules everywhere - in the modern Italian Pedrali chairs, the custom-designed wooden platters that serve as plates, the Brazilian granite counter where many wonderful varieties are lavishly displayed and 16-foot ceilings to give you a sense of space.
At Jules Thin Crust you'll find only the freshest locally produced organic ingredients. Plus we use a special organic Hi Gluten flour (a Gluten-free* option is available) that produces our crispy thin crust, and the best quality mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Our tomato sauce is made fresh every day using the finest chopped organic tomatoes and organic, extra virgin olive oil plus gourmet toppings like roasted eggplant, portabella mushrooms, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives and lots of arugula ensure you'll never run out of tasty options.
